This Weitz Constructions division, Weitz Residential Selections, specializes in senior living. The point of this site (designed by Michael Welsch while working as Art Director at Spindustry Systems) is to allow seniors (or someone like a therapist, consultant, or relative) to log on and configure their living space to suit any physical or medical needs. This can be the location of an outlet or the height of a light switch. The navigation is very linear and directional. The design is clean and straight forward, borrowing visual clues from the Weitz parent site. These similar but unique branding elements associate the two together, while still being quite visually distinct from one another. |
